    web browser filter

    when i was checking my yahoo on the web browser i was trying to open up mail that had a pic in it an it said content filtered why are they filtering my mail

    Prepaid sidekicks come with a web filter. To remove the filter call TMO. They will ask for info like social security number or driver's license and DOB. Then its takes a day or two to remove the block.

    It can be changed on-line...

    Look for "View My Profile", which should be under your name and the pic of your device near the upper right corner...

    You'll see three tabs on the next page. Click the "Web Guard" which is the last tab on the right. You can change the settings from there.
