I have a sidekick I'd that I purchased on march 20. But now that they are comeing out with the gecko to replace the I'd I was wondering if tmoible will let me trade in my I'd for the gecko. Do they have a trade in policy or will I be stuck with my I'd?
You only have 14 days (30 in California) when you purchase a new phone to exchange it for another model. Your trial period is over. If you wanted a new Sidekick you would have to pay full retail price which is usually anywhere from 300-400 dollars.
