Fido sim card
U0.02, SM32, 3G
all three get insert usim error like starting the p905i with the sim is the same as starting it without the sim card lol it can't even detect XD with hypersim Inex for 904sh on p905i >_>
>_> Hoping for news on the V7
Contrary to popular belief I'm not really obsessed or in love with tofu as a food, sure its good and all but I'm not in love with it. Someone else typed this name for me when I was registering >_>
ps. For future reference just qoute me as Tofu instead of the whole name....sounds too cheesy LOL
SM32 with 804sh inex - SH905i - works but goes out every day (for the past 3 days). Put SM32 in a regular phone to restore, then back in SH905i with inex but goes out again after half a day. (Greater Vancouver area)

G.
Did you use the hypersim + SM32 into a regular phone before using it in the SH905i?
The recommended was one day but I still had the same problem you had. I left it in a regular phone for about a week and then I stopped having the signal out.
I just put the sm32 sim in a regular phone and made/received a few calls, then stuck the inex hypersim back on to the sm32 and then put into the SH905i. Will try what you suggested see if drops stop...
btw, ordered the new china sim hack and another one from ebay, will let you know how those work,
AT&T
1. Older Cingular Sim card w/ (TW iNEX HyperSim for p905i) - Unrecognized SIM error
2. New AT&T 3G Sim card w/ (TW iNEX Hypersim for p905i) - Unrecognized SIM error
3. Older Cingular Sim card w/ (New China 3GPP for p905i/etc) - Unrecognized SIM error
4. New AT&T 3G Sim card w/ (New China 3GPP for p905i/etc) - Unrecognized SIM error
I think there are some conflicts between foma handsets and at&t sim cards, softbanks are fine.
T-Mobile 1. New T-Mobile (current issued) Sim card w/ (TW iNEX HyperSim for p905i) - Auto GPRS (2.5G) - Stable 2 weeks, no CPR needed yet. - Recommend!! Way more stable than my previous phone Softbank 705px with Inex Hypersim and no more roaming anyoyance messages/quirks!
2. New T-Mobile (Pay as you Go) prepaid Sim card w/ (TW iNEX HyperSim for p905i) - Auto GSM (2G) - Stable.
- Works well also if you like prepaid but autos gsm (2g) only.
Have not tested China 3GPP on t-mobile but I assume it works, but I believe the hypersim with t-mobile is the best option for p905i in the US.
