The LG Download is version 1.3.6.3

Leave all other settings the way they are...

And be careful, if you overwrite the wrong thing you can stop internet from working or worse brick your phone entireley...

well now my phone no longer will work.
Stuck at the verizon screen, so screwed now its not even funny

used the lgdownload nvedit.
im not really sure if I just have an expensive paperweight now or what.
Bad part is that I dont have a phone or money to replace it right now as I got laid off from work. Really abd since I use this phone as my main phone and dont have a home phone

nope. i really dont suggest doing anything to your phones unless you are 100% sure about software you have, dlls, and have step by step instructions or you could wind up like me.
I jsut came back from verizon, and they tell me nothing I can do with it

Damn man well I'm going to SFSU so maybe I can meet up with Reemo4580 somewhere in the city if he's around there and have him do it.
Unless he can post links to the exact software, dll, and give a step by step maybe with screenshots

Maybe you can make a video using some screen capture software or something on how to activate MMS

i cant seem to figure out how to input this data into my phone. I went into the data menu, and it wants an ip instead of a dns, and i cant even find the way to do it in qpst, and it freezes while trying to read my phone withh some sort of memory error.

little update. I was able to fix the phone a bit using bitpim.
Able to get it to boot up again at least.
Only prob now is sms doenst work anymore at the moment along with web and mms. I can make calls though at least.

EDIT: GOt SMS working. Not even sure how, but it works

I'm guessing MMS isn't working
