Metro pcs web settings for Newly Flashed Phones

Ok check this out!!!

Thanks to my boy snail813 I got Brew to work on the LG Voyager...

It connects succesfully to the brew server but says no Items were found...

I am guessing that is because my phone isnt listed on there server so it has no apps for it...

Does anybody know how to fool the brew server into thinking I have a different phone so I can download apps?

Maybe someone else has had this problem but I havent seen it posted. Flashed a Moto RAZR v3m and a Sanyo Kitana. Here's the problem. I cant access web settings on either phone because of Sprint's PCS Vision software. Is there a flash utility I can use to get around it are do have to de-brand (remove Sprint's software) the phone. Any hints would be much appreciated.

WOW Heres Some Progress!

Sitting here playing with settings as normal, I just got my voyager to download MMS!
Im getting an error though saying failed to play pic message???

Outgoing is still having some probs.
I get all the way through sending, and then get Invalid destination Address error.

If I could get this damn lgdownload issue figured out, I bet i could eventually crack this whole thing.

It seems like i am close to it.

the issue I have is that I can not use nvedit with the voyager dll

I also can not use it with the 9900 dll

The only one I seem to be able to use it with is the 9800dll

each time I do that it and write to the phone it bricks the dang thing.

I then have to use bitpim and replace a file to fix it so it will boot up again.

Doing that makes it so I cant save everything and so I cant test other changes I want to make and test.

another side problem is I can not edit the subscriber ID no matter what with NV Edit. I edit that, and it does not save the change.
Subscriber ID has our phone number in it. Wheather or not that is tied into getting this all working as it should I have no idea, but still would be good to be able to change it for arguement sake and testing.

Update: I had a couple people send me pic messages, and all with the same result. The message Downloads, but i cant view the message.
Just says Failed to play pic msg.
So i dont know what to think here.
Seems like incoming is working, but the phone wont view the message I guess?
Kind of stuck on this one till i can get some ideas on this.
little afraid to keep messing with stuff since Ive come so close.
I was hoping i could use bitpim to view the msg and verify there is a file there, but it wont do it.
when I go into my messages I see the message listed there with a paper clip and pic I guess under the clip.

Voyager works great with my Dll...

What version of LG Download are you using?

Download and install the vx10000 .DLL for LG Download.

FYI: Changing the Brew settings will cause your Voyager to permanently delete the My Music player, and as far as anyone knows, you can NEVER get it back!
