71xx requires a vibrating battery.
8890 has internal vibe.
6210/6250 has internal vibe.
i would imagine all the newer models would have built in vibe.

Answer : Here are some that I've known:
Nokia 51xx & 61xx <= Vibrator built in battery
Nokia 33xx & 82xx <= Vibrator built in phone

I am sorry to inform you , but u r mistaken, in the USAthe 3285 and 5185 don't have a internal vibration ability. they require a vibratiing battery.
