tnx mlss...for the info....nyways im still on a 96.8% scale into getting this phone....so if thers more prob. to this phone then i myt totally change my mind into buying one.......so please help decide still...im so inlove with its looks plus the 5.1 mp n all...but i dont want it to die out on me especially wen i have to make an emergency phone call or watever....

the only major problems that i think you would have is out of network and bad reception, and maybe constant CPR.

though most new Japan phones need hypersim, therefore comes with the increased chance of CPR and bad reception, i think Sharp phones are more stable then the Panasonic ones.

I REALLY love the look of this phone. It's a shame there is not a more stable hypersim out, or I'd be ALL over it...

for the SMSing for the P906i, how come when i recieve a text/SMS, the caller id doesnt show up, only the number?
the contacts are saved onto the phone, and when i make/recieve calls, the caller id appears. it only doesnt show the caller id when i receieve SMS..why is that>

same here! I cant decipher who sends me the SMS bcuz i only see their number.. And my phone books all messed up, its arranged in a weird order, is there anyway i can make it so that it displays in alphabetical order?

my phonebook is in alphabetical order..everything is normal except for the receving SMS..
did you set your langauge to English? maybe thats why?

also, how come when i put photos onto the MicroSD card and insert it into the P906, only some photos load, the others dont even show up.
they are the same format, jpg or jpeg..but only certain ones show up..why is that?

About the SMS caller ID thing, the numbers in your phonebook must match exactly with the numbers you see when u receive calls/SMSes. It means that u must have the +1 (country code) in front of your numbers... for example +14161234567 for Toronto 416 area.

I copied some music to the microSD on my babysitter phone but when I insert the microSD into my P906, the music doesn't show up?? why is that(am i doing it wrong)?? how can you put music into you phone?

haha my phonebooks in my sim card. Whenever i do UIM operation to copy from SIM TO PHONE, i get CIRCLE OUT.. lmao!

hi guys...i am new to this P906i. Just wondering is there a guide on how to store music and movies on P906i? or could it be the same as P905i in term of the folder naming?
