Yeah, it works with the data cable..
But it really pisses me off that you cannot use your music as the alarm signal..
Every morning that Carmen theme, it's so annoying! I always wake up with a shock..

I really like the Gundam game, its so fun! the wallpaper it comes with is pretty cool there one thats like an ocean theme. very nice.

There is no way to set custom ringtones... or should I say...

If you can figure out how we can configure our phones so that we can connect onto Docomo mobile network, then there might be a way. Also, if you can do that, that would mean we might have to take external charges to set a ringtone everytime we want to change it. Otherwise you'll have to hack the OS to bypass their protection check which I'm not even going to bother going into.

I was thinking of somehow converting the music file to match the specifications of that recorded by voice announce. It didn't work though, somehow P905i would mark the sound file which a converted MP3 file won't have... It's something that I haven't been able to breakthrough.

The most elegant solution is to hack the OS which means an offical software unlock. That would be awsome!

Hey i got a few questions. does the p906i's screen get scratched easily? Should i get a screen protector for it? And how much is a hypersim? i got one for 30 bucks.. is tat too cheap.. Wat i mean is should i get a new one? just ordered my p906i from japan so freakin excited.

My screen isn't scratched at all, but I don't touch it too often..
If you have the habit to clean the screen with your shirt or something like that after touching it, I would consider buying a protector or letting the "foil" on it..

Don't know if you need a new HyperSim, try it first.

What color did you pick?

boo i keep getting the insert/recheck UIM, and out of singal range, and retry UIM like everyday. and now when i try to put my sim back into a tmobile phone and put it back in my 906 it still doesnt work... any help?

hey people i have another question. i dont no if u guys want to answer this or not but how much did u buy ur p906i? i feel like i got ripped off at $640 cuz someone else told me that theyre only $450 in japan... :O
