    Help with F905i Please.

Hello. I got my Fujitsu FOMA F905i about a day ago.
Everything is great but the problem is
how can I set music as my incoming call ringtone??
like I put wma files to my SD and I can play them in Music Player
but when I try to change ringtone to Music and select Artist or
Year, or ALL they show folder names but actual wma file isn't there.
    any idea???
someone told me with this phone u can set Full Song as ring tone or something?? is that true??

Alright. Since there isn't a comprehensive F905i guide around here I'll tell you.

There is no mp3 ringtone of that sort. It works only if you're in Japan. You need to access their mobile internet service to authenticate your music files before you can set them as ringtones. Also they have other formats such as AAC and AAC++, SD audio.... and the list goes on. The point being MP3 is not supported.
Your only option is to attempt using AAC/AAC++ as format for ringtone or use midi ringtones.

You need to buy a Docomo USB cable in order to transfer WMA files over. This method has been tested to be the easiest yet the safest method. You can certainly try others such as converting it to SD-Audio or AAC/AAC++ file format method. Please refer to your Docomo Guide (which you can dl the english version on their website) to look for the File tree structure so you know what to name and where to place your files.

Thx for your reply. I will try convert my wma files to aac, and hopefully it will work.

a bit disappointing, why cant they just make it so wma can use as ring tone, i don't find it a big deal...

    Okay another problem.
So I figured you have to change acc file extension to .3gp
but in microSD which folder to i put them in to?
same folder as where wma files are?
