I want to leave feedback for kc8svs.

At first I was a bit apprehensive cause he doesn't have a lot of posts, but after trading with him, I found out he's a great guy who went above and beyond. I had a problem with dealing w/ my ESN (forgot to take mine off my traded phone) but he was patient throughout the whole process and worked out the problem with calm, cool and efficiency.

He also was supportive in understanding that I needed my phone in a hurry and accommodated me according to my circumstance.

I'd do business with him again and I'd recommend anyone else who is thinking of it.

Price: $385 including shipping via USPS Express Mail

Received Date: 12/4/08 (was suppose to receive on 12/1/08 - Not sellers fault)

Like any other online transaction whether it be on eBay, forums or craigslist, I'm always cautious and hesitant. kc8svs (Matt) was able to provide pictures of Blackberry Storm that he was selling. Shipped out the next day as promised. However, package didnt arrive until 5 days later even though he sent it via USPS Express Mail. Obviously, it wasnt his fault as the Post Office failed to deliver it on time. Charged only $10 Express Shipping even though it costs $25 (according to package). Since USPS guarantees delivery...it wasnt delivered next business day and Matt was entitled to full refund of shipping. So he got refunded $25 and he refunded me $10.

Considering this is my first Blackberry, he was nice enough to offer some tips and suggestions. He's willing to help and answer questions. He will also return phone calls.

The phone was as described and included everything that was mentioned.

Overall, if I was to purchase a phone, I wouldnt hesitate purchasing from Matt. Wish all my online transactions was this smooth and honest!

Matt is nothing but a class act all the way around. Deal went smooth, understood that it was a possibility my money order was going to be a day late (it showed up on time as expected). Phone was shipped out same day as promised and overnight again as promised.

No one should hesitate to do a deal with Matt. Class act all the way around and a very smooth transaction. This guy is as good as his word.
