    Why spend so much money? A cell phone is a cell phone. Its not like you're gonna use that many phones anyway. Besides you can't talk on 2 phones at once.

    Because it is a percentage it doesn't matter whether you apply it before or after taxes have been applied, the result will be the same.

    But generally the computer will deduct the 25% before taxes are added.
