wtf is going on w/ my order?

I ordered the instinct on Friday around 4EST time zone... I ordered next day air.. I was told it would be here by Monday.. I called today to confirm earlier and they said "Yes it will come in".... Its now 6:45pm and nothing came in.. I'm very upset.. I'm now being told Tuesday it will come in...

I then went on a chat server to ask sprint for help there.. they are saying that the instinct has a 2 week delay.. what the hell is going on here? I'm very very upset.. if this is true.

Did you get a tracking #? Go to Sprint.com and pick support. Check your order# and see if there is a tracking #. I ordered mine on friday also, i have a tracking# so mine will be here tomorrow. I also was expecting mine today as well....

Same thing happened 2 me.. the tracking number is finally working and showing that it will arrive tomorrow can't wait!

I had the same exact problem! I ordered mine Friday morning and for 3 days straight, the status of the order was "processing at the warehouse".

I started to get upset until I checked my email maybe 2 hours ago and noticed that they had sent me a tracking number, my phone number, etc. I agree with JSNOLE. Keep checking the order status to see if it has updated yet.

I was praying the Instinct wouldn't be on backorder and so far, it looks like everything is fine. Mine will be here tomorrow.

I think sprint is having trouble with demand... they underestimated the sales numbers....

Lucky.. everything is finally working and its sappose to be here today... Its now 2pm est and guess what? still not here.. UPS sucks, i've always hated them, if I coulda paid $10 more for Fed Ex I would have.. They have never let me down and are super fast.
