I have a Kyocera Dorado. It froze.

Need to use my phone. I can't afford to wait for it to die. Any way to do a hard reset. I've searched Google and cant find anything.

Also there is an Icon in my display that has never been there before, says "1x"

    Thanks in advance.

The Dorado should've been called the Dora-JUNK! God, I hate that phone. Your best bet is chucking it into the street.

I thought 1x meant that it was in digital range, and could use net services...

honestly, I got that phone when it first came out a few years back, it froze on me and I smashed it... Kyocera's always freeze up like that, if a battery pull doesnt work I'd say get a replacement/updated phone...
