Instinct isnt a smartphone, its a glorified regular phone with a touch interface, and has all the features a regular phone should.

Think of it this way, its not a smartphone, but the next generation of telephone devices above entry level, below business devices. A nice segue into smart phones.

Sorry wasn't really trying to imply that the Instinct was a smart phone as smart phones go. To me a smart phone is one that can run apps other than your basic phone, calculator, and have some contacts.
But after reading what I wrote it looks as though I was saying that the Instinct is on the same level as a Treo, Q, or BB.
