I traded my gd55 with Sachin's c350. Almost immediatly after first contact, we had agreed on a deal that worked for both of us. Communication was constant with Sachin using both VM and PM to keep in contact with me. NO grey areas in this deal =) Everything went as planned and i'm enjoying my new phone.
