    do you have to have the $99 plan to get instinct activated?

    If I buy a phone of ebay and do a esn swap online, will sprint still make me upgrade to the $99 everything plan?

    I already have a sero plan with 1250 minutes. Does anyone know if sprint will contact me or automatically change my plan if I activate the instinct?

    They likely will contact you. How long that takes is unknown. Might be soon, might be months, might be some time after you've already decided to leave Sprint.

    It won't activate on the current sero plans but next week there are new plans where you will be able to activate at a higher cost, pls don't take this the wrong way, but this question has been asked a million times, refer this section and over at the sero section.
