Expected wait time for delivery?

FWIW the last time I got a phone from Rogers I ordered it over the phone Friday afternoon and had it Monday morning.

Fido has a warehouse at Langely BC. I usually get my ordered 1-2 days if i'm lucky. I live 20 minutes away.

Rogers uses a fulfillment company who then ships via UPS. So the order goes from Rogers to the fulfillment company, who are likely the 'warehouse' for Rogers and where the phones are physically, and then to UPS. Might take until Monday for UPS to even pick it up as I’m not sure they will pickup on the weekend.

Rep told me 3-5 days, ordered today.

UPS does do saturday pick ups, and the company is AMG that holds the physical stockß

so how do we track via our phone number? I somehow find it hard to imagine we search by our phone numbers on the UPS site.....

Well I was just talking to a REP and he said the iPhones get shipped out on monday.

I got my order through at like 9:15 AM on friday but haven't heard anything via e-mail or phone about a tracking number. I got a phone overnight through Fido a few years back, hopefully Rogers is as fast. I imagine that if UPS does weekend pickups that it's possible a Monday delivery could happen.

I Ordered my iPhone at 8:06 am friday, and I phoned today and asked for tracking number...,and he said there is not tracking number yet, because they are nor shipping the iphone till monday.

a friend of mine who ordered through a csr over the phone called up today to ask about something. also asked if there is a tracking # of some sort that he could use. when they looked up his upgrade on the account it showed "in process" and that it hasnt actually been processed yet. so not even close to being shipped out.
think that sounds right at all?

cool. he was kinda worried. i was going to call up and ask about mine to see what it says, but didnt feel like waiting for those long hold times again..

I relly wish, they shipped out the frist yesterday .. and then I could have had in on monday

Just ordered mine and was told it will arrive on wed to friday (3-5 days). Although, the fido automated message for the iphone on fido said they were currently out of stock. I don't have my hopes up, but I can live with the wait.

how did you get email confirmation? i asked them to email me some type of confirmation and they (rogers) said they dont do that

the girl asked me for the email address
and i gave it 2 her and i didn't think she was going to send me anything, but i got a thing today from them
