Can try calling Fido. My phone number never worked. I called and they finally had a UPS tracking number and it worked. A day or two later, I had the phone. If it isn't on UPS yet and Fido can't give you a tracking number, then it likely has not been processed by fulfillment yet.

What's with the phone # as the tracking #? Is it just 10 digits with area code? is there a 1 in front? I keep getting not available when I try that. Seems weird that other people are getting theirs and mine hasn't left yet. In the same boat as rageguy.

Once it started to move, it was here the next day at noon, and I live in a rural area. The UPS driver had no problem finding my address when Purolator and FedEx both took an extra day because they couldn't figure out the rural address.

update: still no tracking info on ups. called fido and they all told me "when you ordered your iphone on the 10th, we had no stock. when your friend ordered on the 11th, we had stock so we shipped it to him immediately, whereas your order was thrown back to the pile and was not reviewed."
he promised to make a note asking for a "priority increase" (yeah right). i also got him to gave me an order number that is 8 digits, a number that he describes as "these numbers are associated to each order we successfully processed in the system."

Do you think they are still shipping the iPhone from fido or do you think that's been put to a hault? If I sell it do I owe them $350 or will they want more since it's not activated or I never did a 3 year agreement? maybe its best I just refuse to accept it from the UPS....

I would just refuse the delivery or you will be on the hook for ~$700.
