6301 flash gone wrong, needs help

So I tried flashing the nokia 6301
but it turned out that not only was there no change from the icons, and was still unable to change ringtones, but my tone + profile customization freezes whenever i try changing it.
when it freezes, i can only get out when i press the red button a few times.

is there a way to fix this?

How did you try to flash your phone? With what firmware? I have a T-mobile 6301 and I can change the icons if I load new themes on it and for ringtones I can browse the folders on the memory card so I guess if I copy some sound files on there I should be able to change that as well.

It depends on the firmware version of the phone, and, sometimes its because of an overloaded memory card. Formatting it or simply fragmenting it might and should help.
