V3T Strange Boot/SMS Problem

Strange Problem!

V3T which was locked to T-Mobile - unlocked via subsidy code. Works beautifully except for.....

1.Power on phone.
2 Normal Boot.
3.About 15 - 20 seconds later the phone sends some form of signal (I can hear it as interference in a nearby radio or my computer speakers). The signal shows up on my pre-paid account transaction history as SMS sent (and at $0.15 per time). This only happens once, at power on/boot and then, only with both of my Rogers Wireless SIMs. It does not happen when I use a FIDO SIM. There is no messaging display on the screen, the text message outbox has no record of a message and there is no record of activity in the data received/sent files

I did perform some seem edits but I restored the original seems. The problem still exists.

I have gone through the seem edits available to me and individually tested any setting which might be part of the cause. No joy!

I also replaced the T-Mobile Web/MMS Access files with Rogers settings. I reversed that set up. Again - no joy.

I would certainly appreciate any suggestions/help with this situation.
