otherwise my total is around $28.xx/month
I have the same plan as you and it used to be $100 credit and every 12 months for HUP. I called it today and it's now been changed to $50 credit and every 24 months.
I currently have a corporate code on my account (Scotia), I'm guessing due to my revenue I get a $200 HUP credit every year. I called the corporate HUP line and they told me due to my my corporate code, I have to do my hardware upgrades through the rogersdirect website. I tried emailing my corporate rep to get the userid/password for the site but I haven't received a response.
If I change corporate codes, will I lose my $200 credit?
My Plan:
($40-$4) 700 anytime, Unlim EW 9pm, 1000LD, $15 smartphone + 6GB Data + fees + taxes = $94.02
No idea.. a friend of mine got a free blackberry, and a $200 credit to "buy her out of her contract" with rogers.. plus a pretty decent plan.
I told rogers that telus was matching my voiceplan, giving me $15 unlimited on phone data, and the $200 credit.. and I got a SICK deal from the retentions dept. Rogers didn't ask for the proof of offer or anything, so I actually could have made it all up I guess, but they really did offer me that.
Pretty happy.
Was it $200 because she had an old contract with a $200 ECF?
Please don't PM me asking questions that could very easily be asked publicly.
Band I/1 = IMT, 2100 (rarely wrongly referred to as 1900/2100)
Band II/2 = PCS, 1900 (never wrongly referred to as 1800/1900)
Band III/3 = DCS, 1800 (never wrongly referred to as 1700/1800)
Band IV/4 = AWS, 1700 (often wrongly referred to as 1700/2100)
Band V/5 = CLR, 850
Band VIII/8 = GSM, 900

Yes, my friend was offered the $200 credit on her new telus account in order to buy her out of her existing contract with Rogers. She later told me her buyout from Rogers only cost her $120, I'm guessing she only had 6months left on her term.
Anyway, when I called Telus and asked for the same thing (even though I was not under a contract at all with Rogers anymore) they agreed to give it to me also.
Anyway, I'm assuming it's a promotion, and I'd assume it's not something they will keep doing continuously otherwise you could just keep switching phone companies all the time with no regard to your contracts.
HTC TyTN (briefly), BB 8100 (Rogers), Nokia E60 (2 years)
Nokia 3120, 6510i (Rogers)

I don't see why they wouldn't do that... They're only paying you $200, the ECF's start at $400 (rogers/fido), and go to as high as $720 (Telus), so essentially, they have nothing to lose.
PS: I'm not sure what Bell charges for ECF
My Phone:
($30-$5) 200 anytime, 1000 EW 9pm, Unlim Incoming/Network, ($15-$5) smartphone + ($30-$15) 6GB Data + fees + taxes = $64.34 My fiance:
($35-$10) 250 anytime, Unlim EW 6pm, Unlim Incoming, ($15-$5) value pack + fees + taxes = $47.54

Telus currently has a promotion where they will credit you on buying out a former server. Just found out its only for certain areas such as the Toronto area in Ontario. I’m just north of Toronto and don’t qualify.
Are plans like the Canada One / Digital One plans available on Corp Discounts? All the corp plans I see people talking about are standard fare of 200min/E&W/VM+couple of extras. Nothing that has included LD.
(i'm not looking for which corp offers it ... just if it's available or not)
