    Manage My Wireless Services

    Is this working for anyone right now? Ever since I added the 6GB data plan and changed my essentials pack to the $15 smartphone pack it keeps giving me this error:

    I like to check my wireless services online because Rogers has a habit of removing credits on my account.

    I haven't been able to access that in awhile...not sure why.

    Try a different browser. I always get errors when I use Safari, but it's fine when I use Opera (my main browser, as a matter of fact). Rogers' site only supports IE - I learned this when there was a bug that only happened when I visited with Opera. Basically they told me to screw off if I was using an unsupported browser.

    To fix this (it happened to me since May)

    phone in - ask the rep to go to Tab 4

    Tell them to remove the non-rogers IMEI from the equipment list.

    This will fix the problem.

    I have the same problem for my phone i have 6 phones only mine when i added the 6gb and the 15 value pack same thing for 2 weeks now.
    Called them twice and both times they gave me a ticket number and said asked to check 24 to 48 hours it should work i checked and it sitll doesnt work...
    Sucks i want to see my freaking plan lol

    If you're clicking from the right hand side bar, it doesn't work.

    However, if you click the same link at the bottom left hand corner, under the womans picture, it works fine for me.

    Numerous tickets and issues regarding the My Rogers.

    I am still seeing Rogers AT&T in regards to PCS services under My Wireless Essentials..... I haven't had a TDMA handset in years....

    Informed today that many tickets are taking 2+ weeks to resolve.

    I've had tons of tickets open since May 5th when I added the $15 smartphone value pack.

    They closed them, lost them, left them open.

    It didn't get fixed till I called customer service and asked them to delete the non-Rogers IMEI from my equipment list.

    This usually fixes 99% of access problems

    you can say tab 4, or equipment history.... whatever you want

    That part of the Rogers site is periodically broken. There doesn't seem to be a particular pattern to the downtime, it's just a crappy website. You have to randomly keep checking until it works again.

    Finally! Thanks guys.
    I just told the guy that a tech told me to try this but the system was down.(I should of just said I got it from hofo).
    This worked. The guy thanked me and if he gets any similar calls now knows how to fix it. LOL

    Should I be concerned that it says "no compatible hardware" beside my $15 smart value pack?

    so I called rogers and told them about the tab 4 and they told me that there is a generic imei since you havent provided one to us.
    So i had to provide them one i gave one from a pantech duo and i go check the website and it sitll doesnt work
    what d i do

    Cant they just remove it like they did mine? Maybe he/she didnt save it after changing it. I would try calling again and ask them to try it. Just say another tech told you to try it but system was down.

    Can anyone else check their Wireless Services page? I keep getting 502 Bad Gateway.
