I think the first one that I gave you was the Motorola version. The first link is the Generic if it doesn't work there's an other version that work for the Telus Krzr

Thanks for the links, tested it out by replacing the My Email app and it works.

BTW you can download My Email for free ($0.50 download fee of course.) You won't be charged $3 if you don't open the app.

lol the funny thing is now that I have Google Maps and Opera on my Keybo, my Touch is going to see a lot less action.

did you have the chance to test it like is it accurate, usable or it's ok because it free???

Do you get charge in anyway by using Google maps ?? (because with my second post of this page you have to put the maps on the microSD and this I guest it take the map from the web (it can be include with the 7 unlimited Internet))

and if google work well I think that I'll keep my keybo longer than I tough

It's very accurate in terms of the maps. The search and directions options work. Giving you directions similar to the computer experience. Also includes distance and time.

Funny thing I noticed was that it knew I was in Toronto when I first opened it. However, there's no option to use "My Location" or GPS.

Zooming and scrolling through the maps works very well and smoothly. Similar to the experience on WM. The satellite view looks great on the screen as well.

As for the maps being download from the web, I'm crossing my fingers it's included with bundle 15's "unlimited browsing" feature. I've used it a little bit and I'll wait to see what I see on My Telus when it updates with my data usage for today. I'll keep you posted. Crossing my fingers...

One small problem is that there is an update reminder that opens every time you open the application. Unfortunately, you can't download it directly because when you click the link it takes you to the default browser and blocks the download. No big deal, clicking on "continue" allows you to use the program.

Update on Google Maps billing: it appears to be free so far (with Bundle 15 unlimited browsing.) Checked My Telus and saw all my usage of Google Maps has been listed as "Google.com" and there was no charge for data usage.

    How Many Apps?

I've got Opera installed where Messenger was in addition to My Email and Telus Navigaor. I would like to add Google Maps to compare to Navigator while it's free. Where else can it be installed or will I have to install over Navigator?

you can go in the telus shop--****> application --> tools & applications --> business tools ... and you'll be able to downlad Mobisecure and Mobisecure Wallet

you'll see that the cost of those two is a big 0$

so you have two more apps to overwrite

I downloaded eBuddy, but it only gives me a .jad file and not a .jar file. Don't we need both?

When you go to http://get.ebuddy.com/ and select your phone and download you'll only get the Jad file. To get the Jar click the "Downloading does not work" link below.

So far I tried using the LG Shine, Sony Ericsson p910i and Samsung BlackJack versions to see if it'll work. Loading the application and the connection test works. However, I get stuck at the language selection screen. I can highlight the list and select a language, but I cannot enter OK to save my selection and continue.
