not mine, but a friend of mine, picture courtesy of isat-bb![]()
I'm in love.
Its nice to see it next to the curve. I love the size.
Hottest. Phone. Ever! It looks smaller than the curve!
T-Mobile..... "Pay less - Get Less"
Any chance that friend could replace the 88xx with the Bold? That's the comparison I want to see.
Any clue on a release date for AT&T?
This phone has not been announced yet, therefore there is no scheduled release date. However, rumors state that it is going to be Q4 2008.Originally Posted by ipodlover77

I've read from a couple sites, the Niagra wouldn't be released until mid 2009. There wasn't any mention of the Javelin's release date.
The Javelin seems to be more of a 2008 focused phone. Time will tell.
Most rumors about this device have proven true, With that being said, word is is launching in Oct on T-Mo. Then making it's way to other GSM carriers. As far as CDMA, I believe that will be the Niagara, and it'll be 09 before a release.
This device isn't as small as it looks. It's pretty much the same size as the Curve only thinner.
One of the things making me balk at the Bold was size, but this seems to be nicely packaged.
Thanks for sharing!
Great comparison shot! The Bold is the same dimensions as the 8800 so you can see how much more compact the Javelin is. And the Curve on the other side is the BB the Javelin is supposedly replacing. Sure is sweet looking too!
why not get both like meee?![]()
i cannot wait any longer... but im wondering why theres such a quiet marketing campaign, especially after the circus that was the iphone
Love the size ...
Strange that its not 3G though ... obviously they couldnt fit a 1500Mah battery in there so battery life would be terrible!
