I just got this for my parents, what do you guys think?

I called back, asking if they could give me free caller ID, but the CSR said that with the Supertalk 10, the system won't allow them to do that? Then, I asked her to waive the $25 fee for upgrading/changing your phone, and she said that as of 4 months ago, they don't allow that anymore because the dealers aren't getting any money...? Also wouldn't give me any discounts on the phone because again, the dealers aren't getting any money...? But she did waive the $20 bundle needed to get $50 off the Samsung Instinct (making it $0 now).
She sounded nice... so I believed her lol, but what do you guys think?
And how are you guys getting so many freebies with the Supertalk 10? The plan itself is already so cheap! (btw, my parents have been with Telus for 3 yrs, the 3 yr contract just ended, and we don't mind signing on for another 3 yrs)
