Click on the Quick Start Guide download link and you will get the manual along with the quick start guide. Section 15.5.2 in the manual has the info you are looking for. There is a support forum there, too, but it does not seem to have very much in the way of direct customer support from the company.

OK, if you have an Emergency icon instead of your T-Mobile icon, just go to settings and tap on Network set up, make sure you are in a zone that you know you have a strong signal. Sometimes these phones comes with a very weak 1900 band signal. If you still can't get a T-Mobile signal then you will need to either re-format the phone or send it back to be fix.

I got my sciphone and things were good. Until today. For whatever reason, when I enter the phone lock code I can not click or activate the ok. I tap; I press with a stylus. nothing.
Longer story is that I was messing around with my settings trying to set up the internet. And I accidentally restored factory settings. So type in the default code right? 1122 right?? But what happens if you can not select ok?
Help. Is there a manual reset? b/c I cant get past the phone lock screen.
