Can't seem to get Wimdows XP to recognize the phone for data transfer. I need to transfer about 1,000 contact out of outlook to the phonebook. Do I need software for this?? Where do I find it? Any help is appreciated.

I have become comfortably numb.
I did. It does nothing. Some Verizon program popped up. But it did nothing. Is there some software I can get???
Did you install the drivers for the phone on your computer? And have you tried to perhaps access it using something like BitPim on your computer?
Where can I get the drivers?? I looked on the LG website and it doesn't list anything under Choclate 3. No bitpim either. Where can I get bitpim?

BitPim is a free application, definitely don't buy it, just get the latest version from its web site. As for any kind of Bluetooth driver upgrade, you might want to check with your PC manufacturer's web site to see if there are any updates. You might also simply get a USB data cable (and I think one might already come with the phone) and connect to the phone using that.Originally Posted by JonDoe1
