Help i can't add the tabs to the screen on the Fun menu....
when i hit the add tab button it ask me for a password none of my passwords work and i have reset the phone to default and gotten a replacement device and it still does the same thing.
Has this happened to anyone else? if so what did you do to fix it?

are you trying to add something specific? or is this with any addition...I am searching for info though, so far I havent seen this yet..

Im trying to add the myspace, photobucket, and online album tabs back to the menu but when i hit the add tab box it goes straight to a password screen. One sprint store told me i needed the master reset code but samsung wont give it to me even after talking to level 3 tec support and had to work my way up 2 him and be on hold for almost an hour or more.

The phone was not configured correctly. I Called Samsung After The allen park,mi store told me to get the master code for the phone with no luck after talking to level 3 tech support. I went to the roseville,mi store they loocked at it and told me they would have to order me another one. After i few hours I tried it again and it starting trying to configure again. Final finished and worked fine. Sprint told me that the ondemand was down for a few days but they don't know why that locked me out but it did. when the ondemand came but up i was unlocked and had full access to my apps.
The ondemand was down before i had my phone Hard rest at the store so that must have done something to my phone and made it not configure correctly.

The fix Is nothing really.
Avoid A hard reset when any services are down....

I had that issue yesterday i used to Rest phone option to fix the problem the rest setting will not fix it.

No the reset WILL NOT FIX IT Unless the phone has been provisioned correctly.
that was my problem it wasn't configured the right way after the reset.

This happened to me also. It was very frustrating. After about 8 hours on the phone with support (over 3 days) and searching every forum I could find, the sprint tech guy just reset my picture mail account. He told me to wait like 3 hours and try and sure enough it worked. It was the least logical thing they tried with the greatest results. Go figure..
