    Q9c and WinMo 6.1

    So im trying to update to winmo 6.1, but when I run the moto software update program on vista it says no device is connected, but if I run activsync(or device manager i think its called on vista) it shows my q9c. Any reason it won't connect to the moto software update program?

    If you have a different USB cable, I would try that first...

    ...next then, I would try a different PC if the above does not work...
