I lost my last cellphone and am not prepared to buy a new one at the retail price of $200+. My friend gave me her old Rogers Nokia 322ob and I put my SIM card in it. We're both Rogers customers but the phone says I need a restriction code to unlock it. I went online and tried a few codes offered for free and non of them worked...can anyone help me here?

if you are getting a message of "code error", the unlock code is not correct. if you are getting a message of "cannot undo restrictions", then your phone has been "hard locked" to a carrier and no code will unlock it anymore.
p.s. rogers and fido use different mcc/mnc combinations for their subsidy locks. so make sure that you select the proper carrier when you're attempting to generate an unlock code.
