my lg rumor had prl #23. Is that the highest for that model or can I use the 68 one?

to update your phone to the latest PRL with any metro phone or flashed phone simply dial *228 on your phone and then select option 2.

I tried it with mine and it goes to Verizon.

Make sure your System select is on "home only" on the phone and not automatic. When a phone is flashed correctly *228 will send you to Metro automated activation.

I have a ppc6700 that was branded to sprint that I loaded the metropcs prl 068 on. but I'm getting the same verizon problem when I try to make calls. I just saved the prl 106 from my sch-r210 and just loaded it. I'm not sure if the problem is the roaming thing. Under roaming options on the phone settings there are only 3 options, sprint only, automatic, or roaming only. My thinking was that sprint only was the same as home network only but the phone says no signal. I can't receive or send text under sprint only or even get a signal, but I can send and receive texts while roaming. I had a metropcs (non-corporate) guy look over my settings and he said they looked ok. He even called metro dealer support and had them refresh my phone and no luck. Please help! Thanks!!!

Thanks for the quick reply!! I tried it n no luck.still no signal in sprint only mode and on automatic it still says welcome to verizon device setup. I guess i'll check my settings again. any suggestions as to where the problem may be?
