i have input the data you wrote up on the @metro section on the first page...... and now i cant connect to the @ metro..... i keep getting a 3332 error messege..... can some1 help me out.....im a newb

I had the same problem. I couldn't access @Metro, Metroweb, or picture messaging on my phone and I was paying for all of those features. Take it to a dealer, they probably can't do anything but if you take it to corporate store they'll probably replace your phone like they did mine. And if you ask them they'll transfer your contacts and settings.

So i find where Metro left the bones...
If you will use QPST EFS Explorer the address would be:

Also i find out one of free programs which i download from metroshop in folder

So i've idea why we don't try to plug some other programs in damn same dir =) or exchange one we have with BREW Opera... if smb find it just PM me or knock-in-the-door at efasser_AT_hotmail_DOT_com

You don't need to flash it. Just get the unlock code and you have full NAM programming for other networks.

You know i think i saw in QST software some opportynity to change nam and even phone number... when i'll be more free in time i'll check everything

Yeah figure out alltel's policy...
they may give you the nam programing, or they may do it for you if you give them the unlock code... I think Alltel is CDMA so it'll work at least for voice calls(sometimes switching carriers not all features like text work..). You don't need QPST to change networks, all the settings are in the hidden spc menus(although qpst has a nice tool for this too).

It all depends on how Alltel handles unlocked phones.


Also the r450 supports two NAM programmings so you could have two networks on one phone(menus allow you to switch between NAM1 and NAM2).

I'm no expert in this area though. And I probably can't mention any more as I have no first hand experience.

I'm going to check it out tonight. So far you need the j2bridge dll and put in and extensions folder in the brew folder... not sure how it works. Maybe it'll work out if any bit buggy.
