The FTM 121 code is pretty interesting. Enabling it disables the startup animation so the phone boots faster.
It also places a small yellow/red Q in the top left corner of the screen which might be annoying for some people.

The FTM code will work with cricket to get your codes...

I was unable to make this setting work. My phone rejected this setting ..

If it works cool... I never turn off my phone.. so thats not a big thing...

One thing for example my battery went down one bar then all of a sudden another which basically left it for one bar then i keypad locked it and left it alone and then 2 hours later came back it went back up to the second bar BASICALLY DOES ANYONE'S BATTERY GO DOWN ONE TAB THEN UP AGAIN OR NO?

i wonder what the deal is with this phone when i got it they said downloadable themes and java downloads but java must be disabled from the Os browser is crap downloads sometimes and has a 2mb limit to it which sux for trying to put full mp3's on it though if java could be enabled then you could at least use opera mini and all the other jar apps you could possibly want or need my main thing that breaks me from reccomending this phone is the reboot issue i get... When i am listening to music and i get a call or a text message it pauses the player but when the player goes to resume the phone reboots there are a few areas that the phone locks up in as well for instance in the player looking at song info can possibly cause a freeze to where you have to remove the battery and then reboot the browser for the net has done that to me a bit as well especially craigslist so i just dont go to their site anymore... Dont get me wrong i love this phone it just needs some upgrades crap i would pay for a damn brew for im's

Is there anything I can do to get a BREW IM application on the phone at all? They don't just make them like they do Java applications?

And as for Java, will there be absolutely no way to get it on the r450?

I'm still waiting on progress for apps. I want to get some more functionality and I can't because Cricket doesn't offer some simple applications, and for some reason the AIM mobile service doesn't text me a code when I put my number into the form they provide. It's insane; the phone has a damned keyboard and a nice screen, yet it can't do anything outside of the basics that every phone has except for the music player.
