    Question Nokia 6126 & Acura

I just got a new Acura and it is not compatible with me Nokia 6126. Is there anybody there that had to get a new phone or is there a software patch out there for the 6126 to work with Acuras?

My 6131 generally works with Acura, with a small glitch and a feature lacking. What seems to be the problem in your case?

Haven't taken delivery of the Acura yet, but this model phone is on the Acura not compatible list.

I see. Well, none of the current Nokias I know of implement the PBAP/SYNC BT protocols, so copying of the phonebook to the car will not be possible (you can still send contacts manually). With my 6131 another glitch is that when the phone connects to the car, it always shows the battery as full strength. If the battery drops down while the phone is connected, the indicator will move, but if you disconnect & connect again, it'll show full strength again. Other than that I haven't had any problems.

Ok I haven't tried it yet. I read one other person that did and they say the had lots of problems with the 6126. I have been looking to just buy a 6085 even though my current phone is fine. Guess I should wait and see but according to my searches its not going to work.
