Q9h Power Saver/Battery Savings Mode?

you're absolutely right, setting the font size back to normal
gives me 7 items in each menu but there is still no option for
any power saving feature !

i'm running the 6.1 update i got from Motorola's site for AT&T,
hopefully it's the right one !

Unfortunately, I have not found anything new regarding this option since my last post.
Have you tried the official AT&T Forums? I did a search and didn't turn up anything, but it might be worth asking there.

I think that in 6.1, Power Saver is turned on by default.

If you search the registry for Saver you will find that it is listed as a default setting.

I determined that the phone itself appears to have a loose connection for the display and have a warrenty exchange setup to hopefully remedy this problem. I discovered that if I tap the back side of the phone when the phone appears to be stuck, that the display shows the screen.
