I have to admit, the E71 earns high marks for in the looks dep't. Nokia nailed it down right. I'm not so sure about the white keyboard though against the steel grey body. It looks like it's itching to get dirty....you're going to have to keep your paws nice and clean. (do you have some white gloves??)

Good job on the install..........Looks like it just rolled off the assembly line.

Thanks! Actually the keys have some nice polish to it & dirt won't stick to it. I tried to make it dirty

It is just the 4 screws to take off, but that steel frame was very hard to get it off! I was afraid that I was gonna break it!!

Woah, easy job. 4 screws and a little prying. I'm digging the simplicity. My previous device was a slider - about a dozen screws, 4 springs and it had 4 frames - 2 on each half.

What kind of screws are those? What time of screwdriver do I need?

Yes! It is pretty painful prying though. Nokia dd a awesome job with the build quality of this phone! But failed with RF

Bottom part is very simple to take it off. Antenna is located on the backside under the plastic part.

Hell Yeah! Rap thanks for this thread ... I've gotta do the same in 3days with my E71.

Question ... was your keypad loose after you re-assembled back your E71?!
