I took my apart to clean it and now I can't put the keypad back the way it was.. There is a huge flex right in the middle. I tried like 5 times and I get the same flex every time. It looks like the basil is too small for the keypad so it is bent upward in the middle.

you gotta make sure that the clips of the keyboard are INSIDE the grooves on the metal body. good luck
Got tired of my crackling speaker.
So i got a speaker off ebay for $3 (or so, i forget).
Took the phone apart like i was changing the faceplate.
Removing all 4 torx on the outside (only 2 need to come out to change the faceplate)
After that was off, i popped out the chin, removed the 2 larger torx at the to of the phone, then gently pryed all the internals out as one piece.
There is a little clip on the bottom that i depressed to get the section out.
Then i pulled the screen away from the board, the ribbon tag actually pops off, scared the crap out of me though.
Pop out the old speaker, put the new one in and reverse the process. usb port side goes back together first.
Took like 10 minutes, but i was being semi careful, likely could be done in 5 or less.
Trying to replace my crackling speaker with a speaker off of ebay for $4 and torx set $4.
3 of the 4 screws from the back came out pretty easily but the 4th appeared to need a little more elbow grease on my part...Elbow grease turned into stripping the head, I believe...Not sure what to do now
The superglue idea isn't a bad one, thanks...Any idea where one might get a replacement screw?
You have any old nokia phones?
If not, if i remember correctly (and i may not) if you didn't put all the screws back in for the rear cover, it will still be fine.
