They are located in...china hence the .CN. I paid a total of $64.98 USD through PayPal which is exactly $39.99 for the faceplate and battery cover, $19.99 for a white keyboard and $5 for shipping. I don't foresee any charges when it arrives, I've never had any other ones.
They (cnn.cn) are located over-seas, right? Was there a customs or import fee or tax?
I haven't had to pay any customs fees on the parts I've bought through cnn.cn

Ok, I got the E71 level 1&2 service manual. According to the manual, to remove the "A" cover, which would be this here: http://www.cellulardr.com/0252082.htm
You first remove the battery cover and battery. There are 4 screws (according to manual, T4). The manual says to remove 2 T4 screws at the bottom. Open the "A" covers snaps (clips) from the "B" cover by lifting lightly with tweezers, both sides. Lift up the "A" cover and slide upwards.
Can anyone confirm you only to remove 2 screws, and is it a T4 or T5 driver. I've seen it mentioned in this thread it's a T5 driver, but the service manual says T4.
Ok, so can someone who has actually take the E71 apart comment on whether you need to remove 2 or 4 screws to remove the "A" cover? The "A" cover being the one that contains the lens cover.

Yes, you have to remove the four screws in order to get the front bezel/lcd cover off.
After you remove the screws you will need to work your way around the bezel, with a plastic prying tool.
I'm dying to do a faceplate or housing swap soon, because my E71 has sooooo much dust behind the screen. What I really want is black faceplate/housing with red keypad.

The best way is to press up on the front cover clips from the back side of the housing.
