E8 Rokr Mms Settings

I just purchased a unlocked E8. I use Cincinnati bell. I can recieve and send sms messages no problem. I can access the web no problem. I can recieve pix messages but cannot send them at all. When i try to send them a error message pops up. When i look at the status of the message it gives an error code #0 and sometimes error code #144.

I've tried using cinci's webpage to download settings and now it wont recieve any more updates. Its says sent on the page but wont show up as an update on my phone. I did a reset and i think thats why i can't as before i did the reset i could.

I've followed links to motorola's site to download the settings from there but it says...Could not send web session(s) for the specified carrier/carrier plan. Web session(s) not sent...

I called cbw tech support and they said they wont help me cause they dont have any data sheets on the E8. I think my problem is with the service profile for mms. I cant find anywhere what my service centre is suspposed to be set as and the cbw tech said they dont use a service center and to leave it blank, but when you leave it blank it wont save a profile.

someone please help me manually setup my phone!!!

you don't need data sheets. if u only want to set up mms, you need a couple of settings:

1) mmsc ... this is usually a URL, and you can find it in msg center->options->mms
2) proxy ... found in data connections
3) GPRS APN ... found in data connections
4) port ... found in data connections

i think thats it.
