    Possible OTA Update on 10/23

    Posted here at t-mobile.com forums.
There is already an OTA update scheduled for this phone, which will be sent and installed wirelessly starting on 10/23/08, so its just thursday. this should clear up most of its issues. Hope that it does, let us know if you have any further issues. thanks for choosing t-mobile!

So, there might be an update. I wonder what changes of bugfixes it would have.

I too hope for an on-screen keyboard (for those times when you just want to reply with an "OK"), the ability to install applications on the SD card and I'm sure I'll think of something else when I have this baby in about 1 hour.
T-Mobile really has to get this problem with MMS's coming from different numbers under control now!

I'm just hoping they give us the option to save pictures to the SD card and email notifications aren't so generic.
    SE t68i > Nokia 8890 > SE R520m > SE P800 > SE t610 > Nokia 3650 > Nokia 6610 > Nokia 6620 > SE w600i > TMO Dash > Nokia 8801 > Apple iPhone 4GB > TMO G1

probably just bug fixes and that spare parts app. either way, want this update.

and now having the phone, i agree, task manager is needed or an app that just auto closes everything when you go to the home screen or go to standby

Full BT stack, virtual keyboard (at least in portrait mode), task manager so I could shut down apps, and desktop sync

Thank you. Here's my discussion in Google Groups and the response from the Android team: http://groups.google.com/group/andro...3dd98c954d91cc

I'd also like to add Flash support.
