Good to hear that you have no issue with FTouchSL as I like it a lot. Are you using the FtouchSL trial version2.9 from their website? After hard resetting, I installed: Google search/maps, skyfire, chgFingerMouse, PHM Regeditor, Clean Startup and shutdown. My phone had been working fine. I then installed FtouchSL where my problem started to happen again. I then removed FTouchSL, and so far, my phone has been fine for the last couple days.
Can you post the CAB file you used for FtouchSL? Thanks.

Hi guys,

Iam very new at this whole project and the first phone i am trying this with is the EPIX. Is there something i completly missed when setting up the weather. i dont get anything that displays on the screen for weather or an option to change location like i am readining in the posts. All i get is a message saying it may cost more money to use that feature. Am i supposed to enable something on the phone or dl something else?

Check post #624. It's all you need.

I have been working on rlToday with a skin derived from the OSX Theme and using SimpleWeather with a few mortscript modifications.

Thak you very much for your help however it seems i still get no weather information. I guess i need to play around with it a little more and maybe do some developement it may not be as easy as copying a .cab file to my phone but i will continue to try to figure it out without bothering the post to much haha. Download that app mentioned for font customization on post #594. It is sweet.

My backup XML linked in post #593 can be loaded up with that app and the buttons display perfectly. Just copy the file into the \program files\M2DC folder and use the app to restore the backup.

Ok, I got sick of trying to get pocketnester to work so I'm now evaluating morphgear. So far, I'm very happy with it. I'm able to use the onscreen dpad and use hardware buttons for A and B. Plus it will also run SNES, Genesis, etc. games.

I still have a problem with the Epix not allowing multiple key presses at the same time, making it difficult to jump while running and things like that. Does anyone know of a hack that will allow this?

Hey question here. I have my my documents pointing to read and save directly to my storage card. I used the little trick player911 put out earlier in this thread. However I can not get the music widget to find the music on that card. It has the optiion to read from the my music folder in My Documents which I select but it will not find the music. Any suggestions???

Also I am running the Manilla program forgot to state that.

hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster. first of all, I love my epix, it's a great step up from my previous phone but I've been having some problems with slide to unlock, but it's a minor thing. However, just recently when I would hit the power button to release it from standymode, it wouldn't turn on. so i held the power button, and that brought me to the home menu. and now, s2u doesn't work anymore. anyone have an idea about that?

also, can anyone care to explain what the epix.cab patch is for? I haven't heard of it till i saw the following post

having problems with my epix keyboard, seems like all keyboard character is assign to silent the phone but the silent button does'nt do a thing when im pressing it. anyone can help me?

Im having problems with my epix, All keyboard/keypad button when press it only silent my phone. and with this problem i cant use my keypad anymore cause it only silent my phone. but the silent button when press it does nothing. anyone can help me with this problem?
