Unhappy N73 problem: img/vid browser, vibe comes on its own?

So im half way positive this will have to be a repair but i figured id ask the experts first.

Got my N73 a few weeks ago off ebay, I am the 2nd owner. The other day it started doing this thing where the image and video browser would pop up all the time, and now when the phone vibrates it opens the browser and closes the browser repeatedly making it impossible for me to answer or deny the call because the OS is too busy with the browser opening and closing. This might be an issue with that little button next to the camera button but i dont really know.

    Any help is appreciated.

What third party programs do you have installed? Have you tried a hard reset?

I have a bunch of third party apps installed, and no i have not tried a hard reset, but i truely believe this to be a hardware issue since it only happens when motion is applied...such as vibrate mode or setting it down on the ground or something of the like.

So its definitely a hardware issue, i finally got this thing to hard reset and its still happening. For the record, the mods changed the title cuz mine sucked, but the vibrate does not come on on its own, its that the phone flips between the image browser and main screen when it vibrates, most likely because somethings not touching right inside the phone...

so it was definitely the backplate/battery cover just in case anyone has this problem in the future. A fake from ebay is working for now but the quality is becoming an issue with it...
