wow, $400 upgrade price is high in my opinion. that's a bit of a downer then, meaning retail will be close to if not more than $600. I can get a decent set of wheels for my car at that price!
Rebates come from Verizon themselves not from rim and will be issued in the form of a visa rebate credit card.
My local VZW contacts let loose today that they are expecting a release 11/15 and pricing at about $269.99 with a mail in rebate of $70 to bring it to $199.99. same as IPhone 3G. They still dont have the official word. Of course they said that is always subject to change at the last minute.
Awesome!! Quick question though, if you go into the Verizon website it says NY HUNT. If you enter that it wants you to go all over Manhattan and find hidden Storms with clues to win a storm. It says starts Nov.6 and ends Nov. 15. Would it make sense for the storm to then go on sale on Nov. 16 or will it be delayed as stated somewhere until the 19th. I just pray and hope it's not black Friday, it will be hell then. Or will verizon surprise us and after the hunt have it go on sale as previously hoped on Nov. 16th.
Anyone notice in the 360 tour the screen that says "available now at Verizon wireless"? Don't know if that means thru telesales or maybe it is just sample text...

Also this now lists the in box accessories. I don't know if anybody ever confirmed but the craddle is definitely NOT included in the box based off of info on the vzw website.
