How do i convert my Palm pda data to XV6700?

I have an old Handsping Visor pda.

I bought the xv6700 from ebay. there's no software or manual. (i have the usb connector.)

How do i port my palm pda database over to xv6700?

I know this is old as death, but for future users:

Sync your PalmOS device to Outlook, then sync Outlook to the 6700. If you don't have outlook, use Mozilla Thunderbird or export your contacts to a .csv and import to the PPC. You can't take your apps as they are using different OS platforms.
