Does this qualify for a replacement through insurance coverage?

On my voyager i've noticed that some of the lights on the keyboard rarely light up or do not light up at all. it's the set of keys in the lower right hand part of the keyboard - letters N, M, the period, space, clr and speaker keys.

i'm just wondering if I can put in a claim to get my phone replaced? I have the full coverage insurance.

I've always had full coverage on all of my phones but i've never had a reason to use it before. i realize to replace the phone i'd have to pay the deductible ($50?) but right now i'd really just like to have a phone in decent shape in case i would want to sell it.

    thanks!

Barring some type of physical damage that the phone incurred, that type of issue would usually be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.. i.e. no deductible and it would be replaced on the spot.

you goto the store, show them the problem, they will either replace it with a FRU, or say NO

if they say NO you can try calling asurion,

ME i wouldn't worry about calling asurion, i would just sell it for $50 less money and save the hassle
