    I currently have 4 lines.
    3 out of 4 lines have a G1.

Line 1: My line, main line, had the$35 plane but downgraded, but it does not have the 24.99 plan yet because these idiots can't figure out how to add it.
Line 2: has 24.99 plan, no problem.
Line 3: had the 34.99 plan but downgraded to 24.99 plan with no problem.
    live 4: voice line.

It's been in the "tech department" Since last Saturday and it's getting VERY frustrating.

ask them to swtich line 4 to the primary, add the family messaging to that line, remove fam messaging from yours and see if you can get the G1 line then.

There's no reason why your line would need to be the primary line (unless you cannot do minute limits with the primary line and you need to do minute limits on that line).

It does not FIX the problem, but it could very likely get things working until they can figure out what's wrong with their system.

I am trying the email client K9 as we speak. Hopefully it resolves my email issue.

They now know of a issue with yahoo and att accounts disappearing. They said there is not resolution, so if I can't get my mail the phone and data plan is useless for me. Going back to my wing I guess.
