hi,
my N82 seems to have a problem taking pictures w/o the flash on, the orange light that comes on right before a picture is taken stays on, giving my pictures an orange light. here's some comparison shots w/ an N82 that works and my N82:

any ideas what i can do? i already tried re-loading the firmware, no luck.

thanks, i tried *#7370# and that didn't work either
turn off your phone. press and hold * + 3 + talk button and turn on the phone. do not let go of those 3 keys until the phone loads and asks you to choose your country.
let me know how that goes
Does the orange/red LED turn off when the N82 has finished auto focussing?
It blinks quickly when capturing the photo after but the camera software compensates for the tint of red/orange
Tried this, no luck. interestingly though, i thought this would get me back down to the original out-of-the-box firmware. it is still at v30.0.19 which is what NSU had given me. is there any way to get the original out of the box firmware?Originally Posted by n4d3r

that is messed up. i guess u'll have to do what i've trained myself to do: cover the LED with your finger close up photo
Have you find the solution for your problem, as I'm facing the same problem right now :S
