deleting stock (locked) images & sounds

hi, i have moto V6 razr, i was wondering how to get rid of the stock ringtones/wallpapers that come with the phone? they're unneccessary and take up space.. they're NOT on the SD card, they're on the phone itself.. there is no "delete" option in the menu for these item that are on the phone.. any help?

No they don't take up LOT of space, it's in your mind.

Take it from an elder, more trouble than it's worth. Leave them.
