I've had my Q for a while now and haven't had any problems, except I set my alarm for 5:45 one morning and now it goes off at that time even if my alarm is turned off or is set to a different time (it still works for the time it's set at too)!! I've tried everything simple; taking out the battery, shutting it off etc., but nothing had worked. I don't want to do a master reset, is there any other ideas?
When you turn it off, if you go back in does it say off? You may have to actually click the done (left soft key) to have it take affect. Just a thought.
