    What differences are you noticing? I'll probably wait till this one is at our Verizon store just so I don't accidently brick the phone

    Firmware files and information here

    Discuss. Now.

    Few things that have already been noted:

    1) Fixes Set As->External Wallpaper
    2) Keyguard Timer still not fixed. (It has been reported to LG and is investigating the issue [direct quote from Technical Support])
    3) Notepad issue unknown.
    4) Increased vibration strength

    I just flashed my phone and the vibrate is noticeably stronger and consistent. Looks like it fixes my issue! Hopefully this will fix the worse battery life problem for others, and maybe even make my already amazing battery life better!

    Worked on Vista here with no problems as well.
    I charged my phone fully to see if the new firmware might give a longer battery life. Hopefully it fixes the battery life for those that had theirs shortened by VX910V06.

    Quick note

    I was speaking with a rep today who stated they still didnt have this firmware yet. (Just for those who might run into problems) Although they did say that the firmware was supposed to have added features to resemble more of the LG DARES features. Who knows if this is true. As stated I recieved no technical data with this firmware file. Simply the file with a smiley face attached to the email. As stated in another thread Since I dont personally own a VX9100 I figured why not let my good friends at HOFO have a crack at it. I post more on MOB-F and normally just lurk here so I decided to bring all my LG files here any requests please PM.

    PS THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THE ADDED SUPPORT AND HELP TO FIND ALL THE REVISIONS IN THE NEW SOFTWARE. AND THANK YOU TO THE FIRST PERSON TO TRY THIS UPGRADE.
